1. FREE Returns within 30 Days: We offer free returns within 30 days if there is any issue from the seller's end. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if there is any mistake on our part, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.

2. Returns for Reasons Other Than Seller Fault: You may also return the item within 30 days for reasons other than seller fault. This includes instances such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong size/style/color, or any other reason not attributed to the seller. In such cases, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Refund Process: Refunds will be issued in the form of a coupon valued at the product's price. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will provide you with a coupon equivalent to the value of the product. This coupon can be used towards future purchases on our platform.

4. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for returned items that are eligible for a refund.
