Do you ship overseas?

We currently shipping only in Ireland. Shipping cost will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery time depends on the courier service. Our average delivery time is 2–3 working days. We are currently using Royal Mail.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We are using Royal Mail for Standard Deliveries as well as for Express Deliveries.

Can I return my product?

We offer free returns within 30 days for any issues with the seller or our part, including defective or damaged items. If you return the item for reasons other than seller fault, such as change of mind or incorrect ordering, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds are issued in the form of a coupon valued at the product's price, which can be used towards future purchases on our platform.
